Henry Bailly will be assuming the role of principal at Bellows Falls Middle School. He took time to talk to the local newspapers, and WNESU Marketing and Community Relations Specialist Kate O’Connor to outline his approach and goals for next year. In conversations, Mr. Bailly noted his climate and culture goals for BFMS, efforts towards team-building across the school in order to support student academic and social emotional learning, and strengthening the opportunities for positive interaction and school stability for students. Developing a culture where staff continue to look out for one another and engage in open conversations and feedback stemmed from the support he felt from the Supervisory Union staff this past year and he intends to carry this forward at the helm of Bellows Falls Middle School.
